To enable the use of gondola lifts for everyone while guaranteeing greater safety, there is no gap or height difference between the platform and the cabin. This allows simple and safe boarding for all passengers, which is particularly beneficial for monoskiers, wheelchair users, and families with strollers.
For maximum passenger comfort and safety on chairlifts – especially for children – safety bars with a central footrest between the legs prevent slipping during the ride up the mountain and allow skis to be rested comfortably on both sides. Additionally, safety bars are lowered slightly during boarding to make them easier to reach. This also facilitates closing the bars when leaving the station. Inside the station, the lifting platform ensures even more comfort, as it can be raised or lowered as needed to make boarding easier for smaller individuals and children.
