In the old village centre of La Villa (Stern), just a short walk from the church and the ski lifts, lies the certified organic farm Natur Lüch Sossach. In a newly built (2023), energy-efficient wooden farmhouse in typical Gadertal style, the family offers three tastefully furnished holiday apartments, surrounded by meadows, cows, goats, rabbits and chickens. A holiday that shows children how farm life and the Dolomite mountains belong together.

Farm life meets ski slopes
The apartments are only about 300 m from the Piz La Ila / Gardenaccia ski lifts, ideal for families who want a short walk to the slopes in the morning and a quick way back for an afternoon nap. Ski and sled rental as well as ski school are within walking distance, and guests have free use of a ski and bike room with boot dryer.
Animals to pet, right outside the door
Cows, goats, rabbits, chickens and a mascot donkey live on the farm, stable visits are possible on request. For children this is a real farm adventure right on their doorstep: feeding and petting the animals, running across the meadow, playing on the farm’s own playground. This turns the ski holiday into an experience beyond the slopes, even for the youngest guests.
Space and calm for the whole family
The apartments (2–6 people) combine alpine elegance with warm pine wood, cosy seating areas and, in some units, a private infrared cabin or a balcony with mountain views towards Piz La Ila and Boè. Weekly linen and towel service, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and private parking make for a relaxed, uncomplicated stay, even when travelling with small children.
