The three apartments in the Alpenhaus (Nos. 38, 40, 51) are in a quiet location with unobstructed views of the Valais Alps – ideal for children to relax after a day of skiing. The Alpmatten ski lift, which connects to all slopes, is only about 150 m away and easily accessible on skis – short distances, no lugging around. The house also offers practical family extras such as a lift in the building, a ski/snowboard room with boot dryer, and Wi-Fi.

Close to the slopes & stress-free with kids
The Alpmatten lift is around 150 m away, meaning that even the youngest skiers can start their day on the slopes without having to walk far. The terrain is located in such a way that you can reach the apartments on skis after a day of skiing – which is great when your legs are tired. Short distances mean less organizing and more time together in the snow.
Family extras as standard
The house has a ski/snowboard room with boot dryer, elevator, and Wi-Fi—practical, warm, and reliable when gloves are drying and your favorite series is on. The descriptions list family friendliness and high chairs; in addition, cribs, high chairs, and even a children’s sled can be rented.
Quiet location with play area & everything within walking distance
The location is very quiet and unobstructed – perfect for afternoon naps or peaceful evenings. On the south side of the house, there is a large, flat playing field – rare for Bettmeralp and worth its weight in gold for snow castles and sledding breaks. Nevertheless, you can reach the village shop, center, restaurants, and ski school in just a few minutes on foot.
