Family-friendly amenities & short distances
The house has a lift, ski storage room, WiFi, high chair as well as a washing machine & dryer, practical for longer family stays. The nearest grocery shop is about 5 minutes’ walk away. On request, a baby cot (CHF 50/week) and a children’s sledge or high chair (CHF 30/week) can be added.
Ski start for young & old, only 150 m to the lift
The Alpmatten ski lift is approx. 150 m away and easy to reach on skis, perfect for children and parents who want to start without long carrying. Thanks to the direct connection to the entire Aletsch ski area, child-friendly slopes are reached just as quickly as longer family runs. The accommodation is also “Kids on Ski” classified, a plus for family offers on site.
Playing & sledging right around the house
On the south side of the house lies a large, flat play meadow: here children can sledge safely in winter, build snow huts and romp between ski lessons. The location is quiet, without through traffic, ideal for continuing to play outside after the ski day. Winter sports & winter playground in one place.
