The house has an elevator, ski storage room, Wi-Fi, high chair, and washer & dryer—handy for longer family stays. The nearest grocery store is about a 5-minute walk away. A baby cot (CHF 50/week) and sled or high chair (CHF 30/week) can be booked on request.
Skiing for all ages – only 150 m to the lift
The Alpmatten ski lift is approximately 150 meters away and easily accessible on skis – perfect for children and parents who want to get started without having to carry their equipment for long distances. Thanks to the direct connection to the entire Aletsch ski area, child-friendly slopes can be reached just as quickly as longer family runs. The accommodation is also “Kids on Ski” certified – a plus for family offers on site.
Playing and sledding right outside the house
On the south side of the house is a large, flat playground: here, children can safely go sledding in winter, build snow huts, and romp around between ski lessons. The location is quiet, with no through traffic—ideal for continuing to play outside after a day of skiing. This creates a winter sports and winter playground in one place.
